Smart Card Operated Vending Machines

This high-end computerized model has built-in card reader and data logger. Data types such as employee code, date, time, machine number, type of beverage, quantity of beverage can be instantly recorded in the machine when used with a smart card.

A client can choose from two formats of smart cards, either pre-paid or post-paid. Pre-paid format allows you to charge the smart card in advance with limited quantity of beverages per employee on either per week or per month or as per desired time limit basis. The pre-paid smart card will automatically become inactive, as soon as the entire charged quantity of beverages are consumed. Post-paid formatted smart cards can dispense unlimited number of beverages.

We provide specialized hardware unit which can be connected to a smart card enabled vending machine to download the complete set of recorded data and a customized software to upload the same to an authorized computer.

The software will also create “Drink Data Table” in “Microsoft Access File”, and can be converted to other formats like MS Excel for futher processing.
